A great value for the money, hotel! Nice and close to the airport! Beautifully landscaped with palm trees! We had a great quiet room facing the forest! The pool was nice! Perfect for kids! Delicious food! Kind and courteous staff! Nice to have free Netflix on the TV in my room! Excellent air conditioning! Good basic firm beds. A safe secure building. Like a fortress! One small detail, maybe the metal soap dish in the shower needed replacing. It was a little rusty. Other than that, excellent!

The location is in a bit of a sketchy area, but we'll secured , but the hotel made up for it the location. Very friendly, clean good food reasonably priced supper. Breakfast was free and excellent. Pictures are exactly what the rooms are like. Very clean and mine overlooked the pool and garden. Very relaxing! My recommendation is to pre-book your taxi/shuttle before the 24 hours is up, as taking a taxi from the airport from $2300 pesos, but only $500 pesos to go to the train.

I just picked this off a booking site. Looked nice, with a good price. Only needed one night’s stay. Picked it because it had a free breakfast, and an aairport pickup. Couldn’t use the pickup - had to be booked in advance, so had a wild ride into the jungle in the overpriced cabs from the Cancún airport. It is very isolated, small, and pretty. Well, appointed. Nice pool ( fairly little, though). Limited menu items but good. A great place to hang out and relax.

We stayed here one night. Perfect if you fly from Cancun and don’t want to stay in the busy center. The rooms are new, clean and spacious. The hotel has very friendly staff and has a very nice swimming pool/garden. The restaurant is basic but the food is freshly prepared and tastes very good. Same goes for the breakfast.

- Big room, with big bed. Ground floor room in front of the pool, with a small terrace. Has blackout curtains. - Near the airport, about 20min by car. But no noise at all. - Quite at night. - There is a small 'restaurant' inside the facilities, which offers Breakfast, lunch and dinner. The included breakfast option is coffe/juice and eggs. If you want more, you can order and pay at reception the extras. - Pool was nice. - Staff was really nice and helpful.

Big rooms, huge and comfy bed. It is close to the airport and very easy to reach the center of Cancun. The best thing was the service! I could communicate qiuck and efficient through whatsapp and Alexis from the reception was very helpful, even finding something to eat although kitchen was closed. And changing taxi times (with trustworthy companies) to changing Bus times. Good price for what you get and my experience of Cancun was of to a rocky start but the hospitality of Alexis was what turned things around.

This is a great little boutique hotel in an off-the-beaten-track neighborhood near the airport in Cancun. It is not at all whay you think of when you think "Cancun" - aka, electric signs; frozen margarita makers; lots of drunk people staggering around. It is a quiet, pretty place where you can spend some time relaxing and maybe soaking up some sun by the pool for a day or two. The hotel is in a pretty rural/undeveloped neighborhood. There is not much to walk to. The hotel owners have put in a restaurant on-site (the food is pretty good, if expensive) and also carry a limited selection of snacks and toiletries if you need them. You can also get a limited selection of alcohol (beer and canned cocktails) from the hotel restaurant. It is not, I repeat, not a typical Mexico all-inclusive experience, which some travelers we were there with seemed confused by. But we loved the quiet remoteness of it and also its proximity to nature. From our balcony we watched multiple pairs of wild parakeets and other colorful birds fly through the air. We were there as Hurricane Beryl hit and afterward, we got to hear the calls of Mexican burrowing toads. I will say - the hotel was great for a couple of nights while we were waiting to fly home after travel disruptions from Beryl. I don't know that more than two nights would have worked unless we were interested in almost a retreat-style experience; as I said, there's basically nothing around the hotel and taxis aren't easy to get. I can imagine coming back sometimes if I just wanted a beautiful place to be with myself and contemplate the world; if you are a tourist looking to really experience the sights of the Yucatan peninsula - maybe best to stay elsewhere. Although I will say this: if you have an early flight going out of Cancun, LOL-HA is ideally located as it's only about 10 minutes from the airport.

The hotel itself is very nice. The check-in staff is super helpful. Didn't use the pool as it wasn't a nice day there but the pool area looked great. The food in the restaurant was pretty good.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We arrived later in the evening around 8:30pm and were starving. The concierge told us the restaurant closed at 9pm so we quickly went to our rooms to drop off our bags and wash up and headed to the restaurant. With 20 minutes to closing they took our meal orders and served us and never rushed us out even though we finished eating after the closing time. The rooms were clean and just what we expected at the price point of this hotel.

It’s strength is it’s weakness. It’s isolated, super calm. Like a little isolated calm wonderful space on the edge of Cancun. Super helpful kitchen staff 🫶🏻, they ‘created’ a dish for us since there was no vegan options on the menu!
